Contemporary design meets earthen materials to bring an inside-out experience.

Located amidst a quiet residential area, the project was a dream home for our clients, with a family of four with a site area of 1200 sqft. Client requirements were two rental units on the ground and first floor with a car parking facility and a duplex with 3 bedrooms on the upper floors. Contemporary design that stands out, light, ventilation, covered outdoor spaces were the main requirements from the client.

The Facade design displays the use of brick and earth-based materials to blend into nature and its surroundings. The main focus was on creating aesthetically pleasing enclosed balconies to enjoy the lake view. A blend of brick, stone, and concrete finishes to the facade mimics contemporary elements of design with a hint of vernacular touch to it.
